- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed
- 4 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Wrap each asparagus spear with a half slice of prosciutto.
- Brush the wrapped asparagus with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Grill for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the prosciutto is crisp and the asparagus is tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle over grilled asparagus spears and serve.
