Ingredients
  • 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed
  • 4 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Wrap each asparagus spear with a half slice of prosciutto.
  3. Brush the wrapped asparagus with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the prosciutto is crisp and the asparagus is tender.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Drizzle over grilled asparagus spears and serve.
