- 4 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch thick slices.
- Place potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place potatoes on the preheated grill and cook for 10 minutes. Flip potatoes over and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from heat and serve.
