Grilled Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  3. Place potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Place potatoes on the preheated grill and cook for 10 minutes. Flip potatoes over and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until tender.
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
