Grilled Potatoes …
Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Place potato wedges in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer potato wedges to the preheated grill. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping once.
  4. Continue cooking until potatoes are tender and lightly browned on both sides.
  5. Serve hot.
