Grilled Portobell…
Ingredients
  • 4 portobello mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 Ciabatta rolls, split in half

Steps
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the balsamic vinegar, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Place the mushrooms in the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Grill mushrooms on each side for 8 minutes or until tender.
  5. Top each mushroom with a slice of cheese and cook until melted.
  6. Place mushrooms on the bottom halves of the rolls. Top with remaining roll halves to serve.
  7. Enjoy!
