Grilled Portobell…
Ingredients
  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth.
  3. Brush the mushrooms with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the mushrooms on the preheated grill.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes per side or until tender.
  6. Remove from grill and serve.
