Grilled Portobell…
Ingredients
  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth, then remove the stems.
  3. Whisk together the olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the mushrooms.
  5. Grill the mushrooms for 8 minutes on each side, or until tender.
  6. Serve warm.
