Grilled Portobell…
Ingredients
  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and discard. Brush each mushroom cap with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Place the mushrooms on the preheated grill gill-side down. Grill for 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey. Brush the glaze over each mushroom cap.
  5. Continue grilling for 5 minutes more or until tender.
  6. Serve hot.
