- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove stems from mushrooms and brush each side with olive oil.
- Combine garlic, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix together.
- Brush the mixture onto the mushrooms on both sides.
- Place mushrooms on the grill and cook for 5 minutes per side or until tender.
- Serve immediately.
