Grilled Portobell…
Ingredients
  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms and brush each side with olive oil.
  3. Combine garlic, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix together.
  4. Brush the mixture onto the mushrooms on both sides.
  5. Place mushrooms on the grill and cook for 5 minutes per side or until tender.
  6. Serve immediately.
