- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.
