Grilled Portobell…
Ingredients
  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps
  1. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush each mushroom with the olive oil mixture. Grill over medium-high heat for 4 minutes per side or until tender.
  4. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
