Grilled Portobell…
Ingredients
  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Gently scrape the gills out of the mushrooms with a spoon and discard.
  3. Brush both sides of the mushroom caps with olive oil and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
  4. Place mushrooms on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until tender.
  5. Serve mushrooms on toasted hamburger buns.
