- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Gently scrape the gills out of the mushrooms with a spoon and discard.
- Brush both sides of the mushroom caps with olive oil and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Place mushrooms on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until tender.
- Serve mushrooms on toasted hamburger buns.
