Grilled Pork Tend…
Ingredients
  • 1 (1 1/2-pound) pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps
  1. Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium heat.
  2. Rub pork tenderloin with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the pork until cooked through, about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, whisk together honey, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Brush the cooked pork with the prepared barbecue sauce and serve warm.
  6. Leftover pork can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
