- 1/2 cup pesto
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- In a large bowl, combine the pesto, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano and salt and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
- Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
