Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets

Steps
  1. Mix together the olive oil, pesto sauce, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in the dish and turn to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  5. Remove salmon from marinade and discard marinade.
  6. Grill salmon on preheated grill for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve warm.
