- 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
- Mix together the olive oil, pesto sauce, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Place the salmon fillets in the dish and turn to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Remove salmon from marinade and discard marinade.
- Grill salmon on preheated grill for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
