Grilled Pesto Chiā€¦
Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto sauce
  • 8 slices sourdough bread, toasted

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Brush the mixture on both sides of the chicken breasts.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. Spread pesto sauce on 4 slices of bread. Place grilled chicken on top of each slice and top with remaining slices of bread.
