Grilled Peaches
Ingredients
  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Halve and pit the peaches.
  3. Brush the cut sides of each peach half with olive oil and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Flip the peaches over and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until softened.
  6. Remove from heat and serve warm.
