- 2 large peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with oil and sprinkle with the spices.
- Place the peaches cut side down on the grill. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until nicely charred.
- Serve each peach half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
