- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- salt and pepper, to taste
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey, garlic, thyme and salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and turn to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Place the chicken on the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
