Ingredients
  • 4 ears fresh corn, husked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the corn, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, chili powder, garlic powder and cumin.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Brush the corn with the mayonnaise mixture and serve hot.
