- 4 ears fresh corn, husked
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the corn, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender, about 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, chili powder, garlic powder and cumin.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Brush the corn with the mayonnaise mixture and serve hot.
