- 2 large mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the mangoes on the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until lightly charred.
- Remove the mangoes from the grill and place in a medium bowl.
- Add the jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Serve with chips or as a topping for tacos or fish.
