Ingredients
  • 2 large mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 fresh jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the mangoes on the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until lightly charred.
  3. Remove the mangoes from the grill and place in a medium bowl.
  4. Add the jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir to combine.
  5. Serve with chips or as a topping for tacos or fish.
