Ingredients
  • 1 lb. boneless lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 red onions, cut into wedges
  • 2 green peppers, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the lamb cubes, onion wedges, green pepper chunks, olive oil, garlic, oregano and cumin.
  2. Toss to coat the ingredients with the marinade.
  3. Thread the lamb cubes and vegetables onto skewers.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes or until the lamb is cooked through.
  5. Serve hot.
