- 4 lamb chops
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a shallow dish, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano and pepper.
- Add the lamb chops and turn to coat.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
- Grill the chops for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
