Ingredients
  • 4 (6-ounce) halibut fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the halibut fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the fish on the preheated grill and cook for 4 minutes. Flip the fish over and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from the grill and set aside. In a small saucepan, combine the white wine, butter, and lemon juice. Simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Serve the grilled halibut topped with the white wine sauce.
