Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 (6-ounce) halibut fillets

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
  2. Place the halibut fillets in the bowl and coat them with the marinade.
  3. Heat a grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  4. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with mango salsa.
