- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 halibut fillets
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano and salt.
- Place the halibut fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
- Lightly oil the grate.
- Remove the halibut from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the halibut for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
