- 4 halibut fillets
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano leaves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the butter, parsley, thyme and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the halibut fillets with the herbed butter sauce.
- Grill the halibut for about 4 minutes per side or until it is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
