Ingredients
  • 4 6-ounce halibut fillets
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the halibut with the 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  4. Grill for 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and extra virgin olive oil.
  6. Toss the salad greens with the vinaigrette.
  7. Divide the salad among four plates and top each plate with a grilled halibut fillet.
