- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper.
- Brush the halibut with the 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Grill for 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and extra virgin olive oil.
- Toss the salad greens with the vinaigrette.
- Divide the salad among four plates and top each plate with a grilled halibut fillet.
