Grilled Halibut
Ingredients
  • 4 (6- to 8-ounce) halibut fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the halibut with the marinade and place on the preheated grill. Grill for 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. Remove from the grill and serve.
