- 4 (6- to 8-ounce) halibut fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Brush the halibut with the marinade and place on the preheated grill. Grill for 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and serve.
