Ingredients
  • 2 zucchini, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into large pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into large pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the vegetables with olive oil and season with garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Place the vegetables on the preheated grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning once or twice until they are tender.
  4. Serve hot.
