- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 lamb loin chops
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano and salt.
- Place the lamb chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn the chops to coat them evenly with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
- Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
- Grill the lamb chops for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
