Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 lamb loin chops

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano and salt.
  2. Place the lamb chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn the chops to coat them evenly with the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
  4. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade.
  6. Grill the lamb chops for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot.
