Grilled Fish Tacos
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder and smoked paprika.
  3. Add the fish fillets and turn to coat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill the fish for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  6. Warm the tortillas on the grill for 1 minute per side.
  7. Fill each tortilla with grilled fish, diced tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and your favorite taco toppings.
  8. Serve immediately.
