- 1 lb. fish fillets
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder and smoked paprika.
- Add the fish fillets and turn to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the fish for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for 1 minute per side.
- Fill each tortilla with grilled fish, diced tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and your favorite taco toppings.
- Serve immediately.
