Grilled Fish Taco…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. white fish fillets
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps
  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
  3. Brush fish fillets with olive oil and season with the chili mixture.
  4. Grill the fish for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
  6. Serve fish in warm tortillas and top with mango salsa.
