- 1 lb. white fish fillets
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Brush fish fillets with olive oil and season with the chili mixture.
- Grill the fish for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
- Serve fish in warm tortillas and top with mango salsa.
