Grilled Fish
Ingredients
  • 4 (6-ounce) fish fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano and salt.
  3. Place the fish fillets in the marinade and turn to coat.
  4. Grill the fish for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot.
