Ingredients
  • 4 ears of corn, husks and silks removed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
  2. Brush each ear of corn with melted butter, then brush with olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the ears of corn on the preheated grill. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly browned.
  5. Serve hot.
