Grilled Corn Salsa
Ingredients
  • 2 ears fresh corn, husked
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeño pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the corn for 10 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly charred.
  3. Cut the kernels from the cob and place in a bowl.
  4. Add the red onion, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Serve with chips or tacos.
