Brush the corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the corn for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred.
Remove from the grill and let cool slightly. Cut the kernels off the cob.
In a medium bowl, combine the grilled corn kernels, red onion, bell pepper, cilantro, jalapeno, olive oil, lime juice and cumin. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
