Ingredients
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, combine mango, red onion, cilantro and lime juice.
  5. Serve grilled chicken with mango salsa. Enjoy!
