Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the chicken in the pan and cook for 8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. Serve on toasted buns with desired toppings.
