- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the chicken in the pan and cook for 8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve on toasted buns with desired toppings.
