Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices of your favorite bread

Steps
  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the dish and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. To assemble the sandwiches: Place two slices of bread on each plate. Top each slice with grilled chicken and your favorite sandwich toppings.
  5. Serve warm.
