- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano and salt.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
