- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup of pesto
- 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 slices of cheese
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Spread pesto on the other side of each slice.
- Place one slice, butter side down, in the skillet. Top with cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Top with remaining slice, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Serve immediately.
