- 2 slices of bacon
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 slice of cheese
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the bacon and cook until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and set aside.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice, butter-side down, in the skillet.
- Add the cheese and bacon to the top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with remaining slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Flip halfway through cooking time.
- Remove from heat and serve.
