- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese
- 1/2 avocado
- butter
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a hot skillet.
- Top with cheese and avocado slices.
- Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
- Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown too.
