Ingredients
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss or other)
  • butter

Steps
  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Layer the cheese, avocado and spinach on the bread in the skillet.
  4. Top with the remaining slice of bread, butter side up.
  5. Cook until lightly golden brown and flip over.
  6. Continue cooking until cheese is melted and both sides are lightly toasted.
  7. Serve warm.
